Visiting Our Office

     "We typically allow 60 minutes for each recovery and wellness visit; and this timing is by design.  During each office visit I endeavor to give the time necessary to fully care for and support my patient's recovery and wellness goals. 

     It is my ambition to deliver thorough care during every visit.  I have found that if I combine an adjustment along with attention to muscle and extremity issues, our patients can often recover more completely and quickly, thereby moving toward wellness-care more effectively."

Your initial visit to our office begins with a review of your individual health history and answers to any and all questions you may have. You will receive a thorough initial examination, which gives us insight to your current health condition(s). 

Dr. Mascali will go through all the results of your exam with you and offer his impressions and any recommendations for care. Unless further diagnostics or referrals are needed, your first chiropractic adjustment - using the gentle *Activator Method - is typically given just after your exam. 

We allow 90 minutes for your first visit to our office, making sure you have all your questions answered, your examination and treatment given and explained, as well as follow-up recommendations considered. You may find your New Patient Paperwork on the FORMS page. 

We have used the *Activator Method for many years with great success! This method is painless and appropriate for all ages and is also very helpful in sensitive or smaller areas, such as TMJ. 

The Activator Method employs the use of a small, hand-held instrument which gently delivers a specific and targeted thrust.  This action does not require torque or twist to the joint being adjusted.
